Why people attack on Indian railway while protesting anything.

You can easily blame Indian railway that it takes part in any demonstration or in any problem.. Reason an involvement of Indian railway in all these demonstrations. It does not directly involve but people involve it. Hence we can say Indian railway is in mid of each demonstration.
I never understand why people attack on railway while protesting anything. Whatever the problem is, from water to quota, from exam to rally. Indian railway gets hurt itself without involving directly in it. We call railway our property or Public property so how one can demolish or hurt own property.After all if it's our property if we regularly dig a hole in it how will it survive or it will get it's losses after increase of fair which'll directly impact on our pocket.
Why Indian railway doesn't ask demonstrators to pay for their losses because of these demonstration.

If you only blame demonstrators then it may be somehow unjustified because there are numbers of travelers including those students who acts the same way demonstrators do. No doubt every one is known to the fact that Indian Railway is public property and we should care for that
But there is difference is words and actions.

Railway Tenders
This may be due to the aggression & an idea to block the railways from passing to the specific state or route. These kind of hurdles create chaos among the travellers & the local governing bodies too to take immediate steps in order to remove the barrier of demonstration so that the travellers using indian railway passengers could travel smoothly & pressure could be handled.
